Since I was a little boy I've always wanted to be a great physical comedian. I've been fighting to legitimize the art for an African American comedian. I feel it's an unappreciated art form. Grew up watching Jerry Lewis, Art Carney, Charlie Chaplin, Abbott and Costello, Jim Carrey, Lucille Ball. As long as we have great characters, strong stories, clear objectives and extreme obstacles in our movies and TV then we too can be physical and embrace the art form as a respected and admired form of comedy. True diversity means to have diversity within our culture too. To find all the shades of grey in our black and white comedy.
