Day 4 of swapping lunch 4 protein shakes with less intense workouts?? pretty surprised to see how my body gets leaner doing this ???my trainer told me this was a great 5day plan to see fast results for an event etc (for me a photoshoot) I've been doing a lot of stretching & yoga to "pop" my muscles. My protein shake is a bit different than usual: having a cup of almond milk w my chocolate @nutritionbysteph #ToBeHonest protein powder + 2 tbs chia seeds + 1c frozen blueberries + ice +cinnamon to taste. The key is to be careful of bloating ingredients like too much fiber or banana (which I ALWAYS have but am skipping for this 5 day lean plan) bananas tend to make belly fat a bit stubborn ? #strongnotskinny #health #fitnessmotivation #fittips #stephaniepratt #nutritionbysteph
