If there was a prize for this year's most mind-blowing outback #sunset, we reckon it'd go to this one in @southaustralia! @mattographybymw captured this sensational display near Copley, en route from the northern Flinders Ranges to the 469 kilometre-long Strzelecki four-wheel drive track. Apparently, it's worth stopping in Copley not just for its incredible sunsets, but also for the famous home-made pies at the Copley Bush Bakery and Quandong Cafe.
