Finally im back!! I've got granny looking after India (thank you @mummyfelstead )??❤️ & this is my first workout since giving birth 8 weeks ago! I'm back with @bethefittest!! ?? Been given the all clear to train again and taking it slow and steady, just getting the body and muscles back to working and moving again. Body felt so good and mentally left me feeling amazing. Missed working out so much, glad to be back (just because I've made the decision to start working out, shouldn't make other mothers feel bad or pressured to if they haven't!
