Today I choose happiness! I never really knew what that meant until I made the choice to condition my thoughts. I was pretty negative about certain things in my life and I never really noticed that I was taking a lot of things for granted.

I decided to change my thoughts. I wrote down everything I was grateful for: every opportunity, every smile thrown my way, my health, my family's health, my loyal friends, unconditional love from my dogs, and the list goes on.

I noticed myself becoming more and more happy, more grateful. Days are not always gonna be good, your job might let you down, things may not go your way, people may hurt you, but it's your choice on whether you let these things affect your happiness.

Today I choose happiness, and I truly believe that happiness is the sexiest thing a woman can wear! 😁😊
