Some of A's yoga moves ?? about 18 months ago I asked you guys for recommendations for videos to get him into yoga and you guys had good recs (I linked to the one we used in today's blog post!) Atticus loved yoga from the very beginning! It's been really great for him because anytime he is having a tantrum or is too worked up I can tell him to take his deep breaths and even in the middle of a bad tantrum he can calm down enough to take a few deep breaths. By the end he is much more calm if not completely calmed down ?? I love it. It also helps to do before bedtime ? (ignore my mom voice and rosie moaning hahah) #yogaforkids #littleyogi
