Not all women make 80 cents for every dollar earned by men. Black women are now the most educated group in the United States, and yet they are paid only 67 cents for every $1 a white non-Hispanic man makes. Today, #BlackWomensEqualPayDay, represents the number of days into 2017 a Black woman must work to earn the same pay a white man did the previous year.
