Just a little look of a pretty usual day during an off week... so here's what I went through today

Start with the fundamentals and hitting some balls and take video, then work on trackman and hit some wedge/short iron distances. After playing 9 and lunch get some rest before a workout with @kolbywayne, then went and got some sushi before it was time to chill at home and use @ntrecovery to get feeling good again for tomorrow!
Working to get my golf and myself in the best shape possible for a big final 6 events of the season ?????
