Realizing how much I love France and leaving Europe very confused.... For those, like me, who live on another continent and who feel home sick (sometimes) and don't really know which country they belong to ( most of the time) I feel you... Settling isn't in my nature. Traveling and exploring is.
I love and miss most places I visit.
I try to print in my soul the smells and sounds of each part of earth I discover and appreciate.
I am nostalgic of the places I can't see anymore and I'm looking forward for the next destinations.
Even when I live in the moment I can feel around me the ghosts of the places I've loved once.. My heart floats in time... the past is always present surprising me with the smallest memories and my future plans and bucket lists are always waiting with impatience around the corner... I don't remember where home is. Maybe I never really knew. Somehow I am always looking for it but also a part of me wants to give a chance to most places I am introduced to....
For the travelers, the explorers and those who found their home... peace out !
Let's cherish our wonderful planet that is after all the only home we'll ever have. ❤️
