The September issue!!!! What you don't see: the creative team behind this - @cassblackbird @alexwhiteedits @ladyrmason @romyglow @tamaramcnaughton & @riekookusa - was ALL WOMEN!! Why call that out? The fashion industry is 80% women but women are almost never in charge. Did you know just 5% of pics published by mainstream outlets are taken by women, and just 2% of agency represented photographers are women? (Research: Anna Fox.)
