I always make it a point to aim for +7 hours of sleep a night, it keeps my focus and mind razor sharp and who doesn't work better on more sleep? Realistically, I can sleep anywhere and a majority of the time its in a hotel or on a plane but there is nothing I love more than after a long day at work or weeks of travel than getting into my own bed--Bear really loves my bed, too and even though I have a King size mattress, I somehow always end up on the very very edge.
