Because he pushes the buttons to fire up his base when he needs to distract America. Please wise up if this is an issue for you. You are being used and you need to open your heart eyes and mind to understand transgender people are just like you or me but they need a surgery to make them their authentic selves they were born to be. The cost to the system is literally a tiny drop in a big bucket and trans people are serving bravely without distraction. Again if this riles you it is by design you are programmable by the trump administration and THATS what should bother you . Not the brave souls who volunteer. I've travelled with the USO to far flung locations I have seen first hand the sacrifices our troops make everyday, I couldn't do it.
