Isn't this a bit crazy? I came to Tokyo and had a strong craving for this "Singapore Bakuteh" born in Tokyo. Essentially it tastes quite different, it's super rich and tonkotsu-like as opposed to the traditional light peppery soup. and I think interestingly it may do very well if it opens in Singapore as "Tokyo Bakuteh" instead!! Try, anyone?
