In honor of #comiccon my #flashbackfriday is from the last time I attended #sandiego #comiccon with these three handsome fellas @ioangruffudd @polahaha and @nestorcarbonell (although after we were done, there was clearly a shortage of tanning products left in the market) The other pic is from my very first trip in 2004. When I was asked why I hadn't been before I proceeded to list my top ten reasons. I can't remember them all (it's been a long time people) but some that I do - "I was still trying to make sense of the spider man clone story" "I was waiting for the next Tick issue" "I was waiting for the Peter David/Todd McFarlane debate to be over" "there wasn't enough merchandise with my damn face in it" and most importantly "I'm already married to the worlds biggest comic geek" (although @jonleebrody you are a very close second) I was definitely nervous at that con, but everyone was so welcoming as they have been at all the ones that have followed. I hope everyone has a great time, and I can't wait to see the inevitable crazy pictures that will surely begin populating my feed!!
