Today is a sad day. Chester of Linkin Park, passed away committed suicide. Aron carters' mug shot was heartbreaking, caused by depression (and his disease). It pains me to see the people I've listened to and looked up to go away too soon. Also because depression leads to sucicide. And it can be prevented, alot of it starts from drugs, and the addiction to it. It spirals down from there. People look for the high again. Not knowing it causes an imbalance in your system. Stay clear of them. Depression may be caused by many things, people, drugs, life circumstances. Its also the way we manage stress. #balance #mentalhealth
