"Lazy" portrait by @sanchezzalba with dressing gown by @ジェニーパッカム utilizing @SWAROVSKI crystal. “Lazy” is an act I originally created for the @crazyhorseparis_official in 2009 and now it's part of my show #artoftheteese The song was written by Irving Berlin in 1924, and was best known as performed by Marilyn Monroe in the film There's No Business Like Show Business. This was probably the first time I worked up the courage to record my voice for one of my #burlesque shows,  inspired by Gypsy Rose Lee’s “talk-singing” acts. I lip sync all my songs in the show. I'm not a singer by any means, but burlesque is all about creating fantasy...and I guess singing has always been one of mine!
