IT SAVED ME LIFE ... 3x - I used to be 220lbs as a young teenager, borderline Hyeprtension & Diabetic. It wasn't until i discovered TeaBoe s/o to Billy Blanks the OG!!! ::laughs:: Took me Years but I figured out a healthy balance ((surviving anorexia & bulimia)) Later on in my mid adulthood, fitness saved my life yet again. I was a victim of Domestic Violence & the gym became my sanctuary. It was there that I learned how to develop discipline & strength I had no idea existed. It was a beautiful transition going from beaten n broken to strong & healed. It wasn't until last year when I was asked by various industry friends & online followers to train them, that I got the idea of getting into personal training. It was several months ago that I decided to drop my Full Time position & get into Part Time at the Psych ER (my employer for 13yrs) , I studied my ass of during a very difficult break up & as hard as the exam was I PASSED!!! Interestingly enough, fitness will yet rescue me a third time. Getting out of a 3yr relationship where we not only were planning on getting a house but also staring a life together (he had an engagement ring, no proposal though , shit just hit the fan & spiraled down hill to sun it up ) & planned a business venture. Well, how is it saving my life thru this? Bc its still my business venture even w/o him. Its a real passion of mine n I'm integrating it w my music & public speaking. My team & I are on the same page & the wheels are turning. What's happens to my relationship motivates me to preach on the practice of natural methods to achieve whatever look one desires to achieve. To not fall victim of our own mind n society pressures. To advocate a healthy lifestyle for a better quality of life & longer lifespan. To love urself n trust the process. My objective is to help others w my platform n spread knowledge, hope n inspiration. #iUsedToBe200lbs #mypainyourentertainment #fitspiration #fitness #transformationy
