I'm so glad I spotted my @thegivingkeys necklace before I walked out the door last week to go on my adventure with @onsiteworkshops it sure helped me feel grounded when I wasn't. I didn't think I was going to share about going their, but now that I've finished the living centered program (LCP) Id be holding a secret weapon from you that will change your life. I use the word will because I strongly believe it's that powerful. 1 week completely disconnected from technology doing intense group therapy, connecting so deeply with other humans and zero distractions other than our insane minds. Im so glad I've been given the gift of jumping and taking courageous leaps bc this was on of them. It rocked my world. We are all the most beautiful perfect imperfections. I am exhausted but feel more like my authentic self than I ever had. My inner kiddo has never left, but is now more present than ever. It will take me days to process what I just experienced. But I am so BEYOND grateful for the experience. I've got 8 new incredible friends and they've got me. I will never go back to living the way I did 1 week ago. Imagine what that must feel like!? It's pretty intense. I won't say much more because you should just sign up now and have your own experience. 1 hope I would have for all of you out there in the world is to have the courage to be nothing but yourself. You are worthy. ❤️ oh... and it's ok to mess up. Messy can be great.
