*Big news* Cruz has recently been accepted for a life changing surgery at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in Missouri. The surgery is called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR). It is predicted that, with this major operation performed by an extremely skilled Neurosurgeon, Cruz will be able to walk independently in all environments. A prediction that, no matter how many times I say it, brings tears of joy to my eyes.
