I have had the most amazing time trekking up and down the mountains and fjords of Norway in Tromso, one of the furthest most northern out posts before the North Pole. Unfortunately I have been away from my family and have missed them very much everyday however the combination of the beauty of the landscape juxtaposed with the longing to see my loved ones has reminded me of the highs and lows of life, how lucky I am and how hard I've had to work to get here. The bracelets I'm holding were given to me by my good friend and Olympic legend @mchamleywatson the white beads contain water collected from Mount Everest and the black beads contain mud collected from the bottom of the Dead Sea.
