Just getting back into training & wondering if I should compete in 7 weeks or not. There's a new commercial model catagory & then there's bikini & fitness which I've done before. I never feel suited for some federations & some catagorys, so it's finding the one the suits my bodytype, personality & style & also what level I can achieve without going down the unhealthy route. I'm #fitness model #competitor so it's finding the balance that won't effect my work. As being too lean or not lean enough is a nightmare in fitness modelling. So finding the balance all round is a must! Keeping energy up & not over doing training or under eating for all the training I do! So I've a lot to consider. That's not to mention reasons I've left competing behind in the past, like being up againstjudges clients & spoken to like shit back stage from another.. then being bullied out by guys in another show just cause I wouldn't add them on social media & give them a mention... its not the sort of thing I realised I was letting myself in for but I have a mindset to block out negativity & focus on myself & each show has been a massive learning curve. it is it worth the drama, absolutly not.. is it worth the rewards even if don't win! Defiantly, yes! For the shows I won it was great ?? but I seem to of gained so much more from the shows I didn't win! It's taking part that counts. - I might only have 7 weeks but it's what I do in that time that matters not the time I have left! The thing with competing in #fitness show or #bodybuilding there's no finish line! Not like a race ? & you know the exact winner, but that excites me as competing is exactly that, it's a mystery but yes it is down to what can you offer other than a good body, as personality & social likeness does play a big role in most federations. Some even give a high Percentage on costume or dress. But that's then down to money. To get in with good coach, costume designer, posing coach & so on it costs money. But what if I told you I coached myself, I posed myself & make all my own costumes & some #bikini too & ive still won ? politics are obvious but all competitions = a #challenge ?? & I like a good challenge ?
