The last week of my 20's. I'm so excited to say GOODBYE! Goodbye to the perpetuators of my feelings of unworthiness. I have struggled with feelings of worthlessness my entire life, and I can honestly say, 29 years is long enough. I am about to embark on a week long journey at @Rythmia_ in Costa Rica with the Colombian Taita, a shaman who will guide me through the ancient ayahuasca ceremonial ritual to face my deeper self. I have NO CLUE what to expect (I've never even drank alcohol), but I am ready to remove the parts of me that hold to the darkness as I embrace my inner light. I know what I have suffered will always be a part of my story, but I am making a conscious decision to no longer allow those in my life who would seek to keep me defined by that which has caused me such pain in the depths of my heart and soul. So, GOODBYE, suckas! I'm ready! 30's here I come! One more week!
