My cash was stolen in front of the Lafayette on my last day. Although it only took me 2 mins to cross the street, the thief was able to take my wallet out, snatch all the Euro, zip half way of my wallet, and put it back to my handbag. Ironically, I believe they wanted me to find out because I felt someone hitting my bag very hard, and unfortunately everything was too late by then...???
To look at the bright side, luckily they didn't take my cards, my passport or cut my bag?
Therefore I just want to inform and remind everyone to understand the importance of taking care of your belongings, especially at crowded places like the Lafayette!
