In honour of #worldchocolateday our favourite new Nikon School Instructor - Food Photographer ? Rachel Korinek @twolovesstudio shared this with us: "Chocolate for me is just so much fun to shoot. I love to capture its shine and spectacular highlights. Usually my go to for capturing this detail would be to backlight the shot and find an angle between 25-75 degrees that allows for the most shine to be picked up.
