As an athlete the most important thing I can do is listen to my body. After much thought and consideration I have decided not to participate in the British Bouldering Championships this weekend. The World Cup season has been incredibly demanding and I need to look after my body. There is a lot of climbing ahead of me between now and the end of 2017 that I want to focus on, including the final of the World Cup season in Munich and a long planned trip to Rocklands. I will, of course, be there to cheer my fellow climbers on and I will be doing a poster signing between 4- 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday at the BMC stand.
