#NikonAmbassador @lucasgilman shared this shot from Iceland. He says, "There are moments you see before they happen when light, texture and background align. Is it Déjà vu or is it simply the payoff for all the early cold mornings waiting for something special? I get asked often how to make better images. The answer: Pure will and going out early and staying late. Persistence pays off. Camera Geek stuff: Nikon D810 + NIKKOR 70-200 f2.8 + TC-14e Teleconverter // PRO TIP: To get sharper images, your minimum shutter speed should be double the shutter speed of focal length of the lens. For example if I'm shooting with a 300mm lens I should shoot no less than 1/600 of a second (or closest faster shutter). In the old days on film it was your shutter should match your focal length, but today's modern DSLR Sensor's capture so much detail (including movement) that you need to use faster shutter speeds. When in doubt I always choose a FASTER SHUTTER speed." #NikonLove #NikonNoFilter
