Copy my movements, slow and steady, everything on counts of 3 from bottom to top and back down, that's 1.
Do 10 reps x 3 sets

Around the world:
Keep your arms long and palms facing away from your body. Starting at the bottom, slowly and with control lift your arms wide like a big circle. Then slowly back down to the bottom and that's 1.

Do 10 reps x 3 sets

Resistance Band Pulls:

Keep your arms straight and focus on using the muscles in your back. Focus the back of your shoulders to pull the band apart.
