Here is this week's #TransformationTuesday but with a difference... These pictures were taken almost exactly a year apart at the same pool party. Sure my hair is different, and on the picture on the right I've had a spray tan but what I want to stress is that I'm almost exactly the same weight in both pics!
I'm putting this up as I received loads of criticism and was downright body shamed when the picture on the left was released last year and I took a long time to bounce back from the negativity. On the other hand when the one of the right went out I was praised!

What I'm trying to say is we can all take a bad picture, and we all have our favourite angles- we're human and we should not apologise for that!

I'm in a better place now, emotionally and physically, a lot of which I credit to my wonderful boyfriend @johnnoblejn and also my amazing @minivnutrition range!! I'm more toned and definitely happier and healthier but the weight difference is not even worth mentioning! So stop putting so much pressure on yourself lasses and embrace who you are!! Love you all and I want you all to love yourselves! Short, tall, curvy or slim, big boobs, small boobs, light skin or dark... Whatever you look like!
