SALMON QUINOA KALE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
?2-salmon filets
?1/3 cup each of: diced yellow, red and green bell peppers
?1/4 cup-diced red onion
?1/2 cup-diced red tomato
?1/2 cup-finely chopped kale
?1/2 cup-cooked quinoa
?1-whole avocado halved
?1 tbsp-Flavorgod Italian seasoning
?cooking oil as needed
?#flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING
⚡️1/2 tablespoon-Dijon mustard
⚡️1/2-lemon
⚡️1/2 tablespoon-Flavorgod Italian seasoning
⚡️1/4 cup-olive oil
⚡️1/2 tablespoon-honey
⚡️pinch of parsley

DIRECTIONS:
✨in a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing listed above and set aside
✨season both sides of salmon filet with Flavorgod Italian seasoning, brush one side of each salmon with the dressing
✨in a skillet, heat cooking oil on high and cook each side of salmon 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked to your liking, set aside. ( I like the salmon medium on inside)
✨In a large bowl, toss together: bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, quinoa, chopped kale and dressing
✨portion onto 2 plates evenly, top with cooked salmon fillets and garnish with avocado rose.

*** I find that when I eat raw kale, cutting it into tiny pieces, makes for a better meal.
