Booty building with @alunageorge ? Here are some simple banded glute activation exercises you can use before your workouts ➡️ Side steps ➡️ Single leg pulses ➡️ Double leg pulses. Complete 30 seconds of each exercise for 2-3 rounds until you feel the BURNNN? Why do we do this? The vast majority of us has sleepy weak glutes (bum cheeks) because we spend our days sat on them! They are one of the biggest muscles in our body so it is vital that we strengthen them ?? Often our quads take over in our training sessions; so by firing up your glutes pre-workout it helps to ensure they are engaged so they can grow, develop and strengthen.
