Couture week kicked off today, and we missed #DonatellaVersace's #AtelierVersace collection. Luckily, she released a lookbook with her breathtaking creations. This is as opulent as romantic, and can't get more glamorous. Exquisite pale dresses highlighting the house's true craftsmanship, whilst unleashing true femininity. And then some deemed to be a second skin--a tight gold jumpsuit depicting a ferocious reptilian-esque creature. Architectural pieces in bold gold, adding volume to the composition with 3D printed elements.
Now that fashion is turning into an elusive industry, these are the collections that keep us dreaming. Donatella certainly knows how Couture is done, in her lavishly way, where gold and black define luxury, and soft tones define fantasy. #PFW #AW17 | Report by @mariajgnzlvz
