The #BeigelBake #BrickLaneBakery was a 12 year tradition for me. I first met Amy Winehouse at a 24 hr daylight festival in #Finland back in 2004 when her 1st lp Frank came out. But it was round 2006 when we started hanging whenever I was in town or vice versa. She took me to this spot back in 2006. Told me it was the best bread she ever had in her life. She wasn't lying, it's a fully operational bakery & pastry spot. NORMALLY it's packed to capacity. I was relieved & slightly worried I was the only person there. I've never had a good panning shot of the operation. Normally it's 60 people inside and it's a madhouse cause its club hours. @SeeKayChin asked me what #SaltBeef was, my guess was it was a kind of #Brisket w salt? They have the best sandwiches all served on the softest and BUTTERIEST rolls, bagels & croissants (I choose the latter) Salmon & Cream, Tuna, Salt Beef, Chicken (had all 4 before excellente) but tonight I had the Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam and man o man o man o man---I'd describe it to you but imma devour it now.

The breakdown is after EVERY show and dj gig I kinda come here in honor of AW when I visit london. No place like it.
