Volleyball is a full energy sport, and Vision 16 Gold's Lana Radakovic (@Lanaxkristina) puts that into overdrive whether on the court playing her middle position or cheering on her teammates from the bench when she rotates to the back row. "I think just being loud and always cheering on your teammates is really an upside - especially being on the court and hearing your teammates cheer for you when you get a kill, even if you mess up, it is helpful." Lana has learned a lot from a mentor with years of experience on the U.S. Women's Natonal Team (#USAVwnt), @CassidyLichtman7, who herself brings energy to the court, the bench and the practice gym in whatever role she serves whether as a former national team player or now in a coaching role. "Cassidy has amazing pep talks. I mean there are a lot of matches where we have pep talks, and she talks to us. Where she has been and done is inspiring. She is just a great person and coach. She is a great spirt to have around, and I love to have her on the bench and around the gym." Through the first four matches of the #GJNC, Lana has helped Vision 16 Gold to a 3-1 record in the 16 National Division. #humansofvb
