We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working assistant who functions in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner. The candidate should be a highly motivated, resourceful, organized, communicative, and able to record every dining experience independently with understanding.
Job Type: Full Time preferred, but could be traveling base(negotiable)
Location: Hong Kong/Shenzhen based but travel a lot
Responsibilities:
· Experience various restaurants and feel, memorize your mind and degustator ;
Travel and visit different restaurants in different cities and counties, able to write restaurant recommendations not only on dining experience but also on the understanding of local cuisine and city/country culture; · Write and record every dining experience;
· Participate and contribute in meetings and events with chefs, restaurant owners etc;
· Gather information from every dishes tried based on understanding and articulate how and why the dishes are designed and the soul of it;
· Offer opinions for existing shareholding restanrants to improve located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
