so I'm closing in on two weeks caffeine free and while week one was excruciating, week two I'm full of more energy than I have been in a long time. Mind you I'm sleeping more too considering sleep was non existent in my caffeinated state, but I no longer crave the stuff and I've had the energy to run every morning. A lot of you guys have asked if I'll go back to drinking it when the 60 days is up -- I'm thinking decaf lattes are officially the thing of my future. I definitely recommend trying to kick the juice, it's crazy the difference you'll feel.
