Slowly learning to love my self... is that being self-absorbed or narcissistic? Nope. It's about being in touch with my well being and over all happiness.

I'm the first to admit when I looked in the mirror I didn't like what I saw, only seeing the things I hated. It's taken a long time, but with the support of my better half I've started turning that self hate into improving the things I don't like. Training, thinking more positively and by embracing the things that make me, me.

Surround yourself with people who love and encourage you, I know it's hard.... but end those toxic relationships. Seriously. Any one who makes you feel less than amazing, doesn't deserve to be apart of your life. .
Remember, there's only one you. So stop with the comparisons, the only person you can fairly compare your self to.... is you. ☺️
