1 month down. 1yr 5months to go THE COUNT DOWN -U'd think it gets easier. But it's not. I'm not ashamed to express my thoughts & emotions. I'm too grown to play games n act like I'm doing great & that I don't care. In order to be strong u have to LIVE in YOUR truth! No gimics. No masks. No lies. In time of pain u turn to friends & family & im blessed to have amazing ones....I promised myself to complete the #100happydays & Today was just another day. Keeping & staying busy. Not forgetting to reflect & regroup. What helps heal a ripped out heart? Learning to understand & to forgive. It'll be a month N I can honestly say both: I understand n I forgive. Well, I had some much needed rest in the sun today. Now its back to business. Off to NYC to film "THIS OR THAT"!!!
