#LaurenCooks: I prepared a simple and healthy breakfast bowl that I can bring to work! I made it last night and added toppings this morning.
Heres a quick recipe:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Organic Honey
Mix all together and let it sit overnight in your fridge! Take it out the next day and add fresh fruits, granola, dark chocolate, coconut chips or basically any of your favorite toppings!
