Your body is not "seasonal" it is no less worthy of wearing a swimsuit than anyone else's.
You don't need to change (unless u feel like I want to for U) to partake in summer.
You are and always will be good enough being you!
So bugger off summer diets and bikini body workouts, we are strong confident humans who will wear whatever we want and enjoy everyday of the year?

Ps I DO workout and this is NOT discouraging working out if that's what you want to do. It's dismissing the bull?around having to look a certain way to wet a bikini etc.
I workout lots and it's not to get a bikini body I do it for my self-care, stress relieving, to feel strong empowered and fit for life it gives me energy and I actually enjoy it ?
