I read this quote recently that said "don't let the internet rush you" and it got me thinking. Living in the age of the internet, our lives have been redesigned in many ways and not always for the best. Lately I feel like the internet, or social media specifically, can be really demanding. With the absence of posting what you're doing/working on/ who you're dating etc. people just assume things about you. I think that's a little f#cked personally. •

Some people are really comfortable and talented with posting their lives often and that's great. Some people may be too busy or find it insincere to post every waking move... 🙋🏼 •

What I'm getting at is the internet isn't validation. I don't post every job I take, every workout I do or every single plane ride I take. But that doesn't mean I'm not making those moves. I've always felt success is silent. •

With fitness, these all apply. You don't have to document every pound you lose or every goal you achieve (unless you want to of course :) ) But don't let the social media demands measure your success. You don't owe the internet your resume. Success speaks for itself 👊🏼✨
