Note To @sprint : I am a very patient man. But, I sat in your Kings Plaza store for 45 minutes without any customer service. There were 7 (SEVEN) employees, and 2 other customers (1 being helped.. yes ONE).
@sprint your customer service is non existent.
Don't worry though, I will NEVER be back to that shop.
Oh, and uhh, YES, @sprint, I am definitely finding another cell phone provider.
