Two months post pregnancy i'm completly ready to go back at working out every day.
Weight before pregnant: 126lb
Weight 41 weeks: 144lb
Current Weight: 117lb

My goal is to gain muscle weight and get fit again. I need to focus on eating more protein everyday and get my protein shakes so i don't keep losing weight due to breastfeeding Alex. ?
