GUYS: please don't read this post. FOR LADIES EYES ONLY. ? Don't know about you girls but when it's my time of the month I get SUPER hungry and need loads of rest to keep up my energy. I am able to get into a bikini on day 1 because I am trying a new menstrual cup by @liveloveluna.sg . I found it @gitnbasia and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made! Once inserted, the cup holds fast - no leakages or discomfort and I can be active, teach, swim, exercise for an entire day without changing/carrying the usual tampons & pads. I feel this method is also infinitely cleaner because there are no odours or stickiness usually experienced with disposables. Also, I don't create garbage! Did you know that 1 pad = 4 plastic bags? So many good reasons to try! It's environmentally-friendly, cost-efficient, super comfortable, and leak-free. I couldn't recommend it more!
