My dad died behind a set of drums. He went for a cymbal smash and they say we was dead before he hit the floor. He was 18 years younger than I am now. In his short life he made me into everything I am, I feel, I revere, and am moved by. He was quite a guy. He would have loved to have seen even one of my movies. He would have adored both his grandchildren beyond measure. Happy Fathers Day dad....
