Still smiling this big!! In awe. I am so inspired by last night's Women In Film event.
THANK YOU so much to @womeninfilmla for including me in this organization. It's such an honor to be included among the extraordinary women who were celebrated last night.
I was thinking about the phrase "you can't be what you can't see". I'm the beneficiary of seeing women in film for my entire life. I want to keep working hard to ensure that other girls and women get to experience this too. That they see characters like Wonder Woman on screen, and know there are real life wonder women behind the camera - directors and writers and editors and producers - and that they see events like the one last night - they see that there is community of women in Hollywood that supports, encourages and celebrates one another.
