Mama lunch (pre-dinner?) today: Minestrone & ham&cheese toast with mustard sauce.

Minestrone ingredient:
☆Cabbage
☆Onion
☆Carrot
☆Paprika
☆Cauliflower
☆Panchetta
☆Tomato purée
☆Vegetable stock
☆Secret ingredient: Kagome vegetable juice (Supposed to add zucchini but the zucchini today was like $9.90 each -_- so I didn't use.) So basically this dish has like... 36 types of vegetables lol I'm not kidding.
