50 shades of Pattison... ??? I've worked really hard on my bikini body this year and I've been fortunate enough to have some fab holidays to show off the spoils of my labour... It's taken me years to come to terms with my curves (mostly natural but with some enhancements ??.) However I'm not going to lie and say it's easy to maintain them either- they're unruly!! ??? I train regularly with great trainers!! Shoutout to @robbiethompson @everyday_athlete_performance and @viphq_essex!! I'm lucky enough to count the amazing and knowledgeable @jasonvale as a friend and his advice and guidance is always helpful! And I stick to my @minivnutrition programme 90% of the time enjoying it's shakes and supplements to keep me on track.
I've wrote all this down to be honest- I'm not perfect- I won't ever be but I'm proud of who I am, how I look and what I've achieved!! And I urge all you gorgeous ladies out there to do the same!! Now get out there and smash the week ahead lasses!! Train hard, eat right, embrace life!! You've got this!! ?
