Northern Kenya is home to some of our favourite animals, like rhinos, zebras, elephants, and cheetahs. But many communities in the region depend on livestock like goats and cattle for their livelihoods, which means less food and water for wildlife. Taronga Zoo supports the Northern Rangelands Trust and BeadWORKS Kenya, who work to give communities an alternative source of income that doesn’t impact local wildlife.....beads!
