As I approach my 1 year Yoga anniversary, I take a look at myself now compared to a year ago, and I'm definitely stronger and more flexible and I couldn't be more proud of my body!! But it's my mind... It's my MIND that has come on leaps and bounds! I'm learning that it doesn't have to chatter all the time. It's allowed to pause. To be calm. To be peaceful. To be PATIENT. There's still a long way to go, body & mind! But the journey ~this practice~ has become my best friend. And I honestly can't imagine going a day without it.
