Today I had the honour to train with the incredible @ケイラ・アイトサインズ a woman I've admired for over the years. I remember the first time I discovered Kaylas world ( over 3/4 years ago) and ever since she's inspired me everyday. She's a real woman, like you or me. She's strong and not only because she's developed @sweat so we all get to enjoy her work outs from the palm of our hands but because she's very driven and a hard working woman like myself. It's impressive to see how far she's gone and I could have never imagined I would be getting to enjoy a one-to-one session with the master of fitness here in NYC today.
